Plaque measuring 10" in diameter is in excellent  condition save for the tiny rim paint flecks and a minuscule dimple. Not sure what the white marks are  -  they are not scratches but part of the litho.  Blade measures 3.5".  A rare piece of local history and a must for your collection.
