Antique Beaded VELVET Hanging scissor holder with two scissors Stork Seed Pearls

I bought this several years ago and estate sale and have had it in my collection since. It is an elaborately. Hanging scissor holder with two scissors. I don’t know if the scissors are sterling. To me this is such a special piece and in lovely condition.. I believe this to be quite early possibly Victorian. There may be a few missing beads but none that I can see.It measures approximately 6 inches long including the draping beads and 4 inches wide. This would be perfect gift for the lover of sewing implements or folk art. I imagine this was a fancy person that had this lovely holder. As you can see from the photos there are more hanging beads on the left side on the right side. I’m not sure if it was intentional or not or if they are missing.
